The ultimate showstopper of the season is …drumroll…the DAHLIA!
For me it’s the dazzling range of colors and the hypnotizing symmetry that they display. You can really get lost when staring at these blooms! They put on their biggest and best show in the weeks leading up to the first frost - the perfect gift towards the end of the season.
Pickup is at the farm only
Barlow Preserve, 449 Westerly Bradford Rd, Westerly RI
On your left as you pull in, under the Farm Stand
Tuesdays 2:00 - 7:00 (Start date: September 1st)
Wednesdays 2:00-7:00 (Start date: September 2nd)
Runs for 4 Weeks

YOU WILL BE INVITED TO THE FARM AT THE END OF THE SEASON FOR A MEET, GREET & SNIP
Bring your own (large!) vase & snips and walk the rows of Dahlias to take home the last blooms of the season
Take photos, ask questions, and get a chance to see where your flowers come from
Exact date TBD (first or second weekend of October is likely)
This is a true highlight for my subscribers and a lovely way to end the season!
